Streamline Irrigation & Landscape Group is a small Florida-based firm — three people, headquartered in Leesburg, founded in 2026 on a career's worth of accumulated knowledge. The credentials are real, the team is the team, and the principal walks every job.
Founder & Managing Member
Ian Blackmore.
Ian has spent 35 years in the green industry — irrigation operations, landscape construction, and landscape lighting — most of it in Central Florida. Earlier roles included Director of Operations positions where the work was sized to match: large-scale commercial bidding, multi-property irrigation design, and the maintenance programs that keep those systems functioning past the installation invoice.
Streamline is the firm he founded to do that same work at a smaller scale — close enough to the property to walk it, talk to the owner, and stand behind the result personally. The State of Florida calls that Certified Irrigation Contractor. Federal procurement calls it Veteran-Owned Small Business. Ian calls it paying attention.
Off the job, he’s an avid outdoorsman — Florida hunting, fishing, and the kind of long backcountry walking that rebuilds your appreciation for what the landscape actually wants to do.
