Government & Procurement
Built to work the way procurement actually works.
Streamline operates as a Veteran-Owned Small Business. We respond to federal, state, county, municipal, and special-district solicitations across Central Florida — and we provide the documentation, registrations, and references procurement officers ask for, in the format they ask for.

01 · Designation
Veteran-Owned Small Business.
The VOSB designation is administered by the U.S. Small Business Administration and verified through the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) program. It establishes eligibility for federal VOSB set-aside contracts and is recognized by most state and local procurement programs that mirror federal preference categories.
The certification matters because it is verifiable. Procurement officers can pull the registration directly from VetCert and the SAM.gov record from the System for Award Management. There is no badge, no logo, no marketing claim — there is a record, and the record either exists or it does not.
We are not service-disabled-veteran-owned (SDVOSB). Where a solicitation requires SDVOSB specifically, we tell you up front rather than wasting your evaluation cycle.
At the state level, Florida recognizes Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) status through the Office of Supplier Diversity, and several local agencies maintain their own veteran-owned vendor preference programs. We register where the work is.

Federal procurement
Registered for federal contracting. VOSB set-aside eligible per SBA designation; capability statement, UEI, CAGE code, and SAM.gov record available on request. Past-performance documentation provided per solicitation requirement.
State of Florida
Quotes accepted through MyFloridaMarketplace and direct procurement. We carry the insurance limits, license documentation, and W-9 most state agencies and universities require, and we file the documentation on the first solicitation rather than waiting to be asked.
County and municipal
Active in Central Florida county and city procurement — Lake, Sumter, Orange, Seminole, Volusia, and Osceola — for grounds maintenance, irrigation repair, and landscape installation contracts. Routinely respond to ITBs, RFPs, and informal three-quote requests.
CDDs and special districts
Community Development Districts, Stormwater Management Districts, and HOAs operating under Florida Chapter 720 governance. We work the District procurement procedure and we work it the way the District has it written, not the way we'd prefer it to be.
